During the session , I work with the energy surrounding the body and chakra system, intuitively noticing areas that may feel heavy, stagnant, unbalanced , or in need of additional attention.I may also receive intuitive impressions, such as emotions, sensations, images, symbols, words , or other insights, which can be gently shared with you during the session when appropriate .
Each experience is unique and may support deep relaxation, stress reduction, emotional grounding, self-awareness, and an overall sense of balance and well-being.
Sessions are tailored to the individual and can be offered on their ow or with Reiki incorporated as part of the experience .

Creating a nurturing space for emotional , energetic, and spiritual support.
This is a deeply personal Reiki and Intuitive energy healing session created for women navigating their fertility journey , preparing for pregnancy, or seeking gentle support following pregnancy loss.
This offering holds a special place in my heart .Before welcoming my second child , I experienced a miscarriage , and wasn't able to get pregnant for several years.
During that difficult and emotional time , Reiki became part of my own healing journey .
I personally felt that it helped me find a greater sense of calm, emotional grounding, connection with my body, and hope as I moved forward.
That experience is one of the reasons I feel so deeply connected to supporting other women through their own unique journeys.
During a session I may incorporate Reiki, Intuitive Energy Work, Gentle Visualization, Relaxation to create a peaceful and supportive space for emotional and energetic well-being.
Through my intuitive work , I also sometimes experience impressions or a sense surrounding the possibility of a future child , which I personally refer as my "Soul Arrival Sense".
