About me
Hello and welcome -I'm so glad you're here!
My name is Natalie aka Natalya:),
and I'm the heart behind Healing Harmony Energy Healing.
I'm a mother of three amazing children , and just like many of you, I've walked through seasons of deep transformation-from personal losses and miscarriages, shifting careers and discovering my spiritual path.
As I hold space for others in their healing, I continue to heal myself.
Every session, every connection, is a part of a larger story-a story of resilience, growth , and love.
I've had the privilege of learning from people of all walks of life , from many cultures and backgrounds, each one enriching my perspective and deepening my compassion.
Healing Harmony Energy Healing is born from my lived experience.
​It’s a space where intuition, energy, and heart come together. My mission is to share the tools, insights, and healing I’ve gathered along the way — so you, too, can feel supported, empowered, and gently guided toward your own harmony.

My Journey
From a young age , I carried a quiet sensitivity -a natural ability to feel the aches, emotions , and hidden struggles of those around me .Along with some flashes of information related to people I was in contact with , that would appear out of nowhere and would be validated by them as the hidden truth , forgotten facts, or unknown information that would be confirmed to be true later on .I didn't always understand it , but I knew I was deeply connected to the energy of others .
I was raised by a remarkable mother who, though trained in a traditional medicine, embraced a holistic approach to healing.She blended herbal remedies , acupressure, and even the gentle laying of hands to ease pain and support those in need .
Watching her work was like witnessing magic-compassionate , intuitive, and deeply human.
She didn't have a name for it , she just used to say that love and true care can help healing .
As a child , intuitive insights would come to me simply by being in someone's presence.But as I grew older , the intensity became overwhelming , and I began to block it out to cope with the world around me.
It wasn't until my mother's passing from cancer that I truly returned to this calling .Her transition awakened something within me-a desire to honour her legacy by dedicating my life to helping others heal,
just as she did.
Today , through Reiki, energy healing , and intuitive guidance , I walk this path with intention and love.
Inspired by My Mother’s Legacy of Compassion, giving back to the community is something deeply rooted in my heart—an inspiration I draw from her .
Back in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, she devoted her time and energy to uplifting others, including her meaningful work as a volunteer at the HESED Social Center supported by JDC, where she helped organize activities and events for the day center for seniors. Her dedication, kindness, and compassion touched many lives through various community projects.
Following in her footsteps, I feel called to continue this legacy of service by offering healing, support, and care to those who need it most.
My work is tribute to her spirit and promise to those I serve:you are seen, you are supported , and you are never alone on your journey to healing.
